Photos from the Exploration Zone: Sharing the Experience
This exploration space was made to be accessible to both children and adults so that they could learn together about the ocean through art and interactive works made possible by WHOI and ALRI. This dynamic space was a showcase to their shared vision of promoting education, inspiration, and environmental awareness. Within this activity space, visitors immersed themselves in a sensory experience, surrounded by captivating ocean-themed artworks, interactive installations, and engaging exhibits.
Regardless of age, this shared experience with one another was an amazing opportunity for artists and scientists to work together and create an environment that was enjoyable for anyone to participate in. This collaboration and mutual inspiration brought together the community to let them experience how the ocean is an amazing and an important aspect of our lives.
